All orders are shipped out from either our European facility or our USA facility – depending on the product ordered, and your shipping destination. We currently DO NOT charge additional fees for delivery. The price of each product is the total price you will pay for that item. We will use the most cost efficient postal service for your items. The delivery times will vary depending on the amount of items you order, the type of product(s) and your destination.
Our operating ours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, any orders outside of these hours will be processed the next working day. Typically an order will be finished processing in 5 working days, where it will then be shipped. For orders in the EU & the UK, typical delivery time are 5 working days. So we aim to have an order with you in 10 days, but may vary depending. We do not guarantee an exact delivery date. Other destinations can take longer. email shop@thef1geek.com if you need to enquire about an order, and please include your Name and Address used for the order and we will try and help with the status.
Some destinations we may not be able to ship to – for example countries currently in trade restrictions with either the United Kingdom, European Union and/or the USA. If this is the case either the order will not be able to be placed, or we will notify you we can not ship to the address and cancel the order with a full refund.
Please note that orders we have to cancel, either due to out of stock, production issues, or restricted shipping destinations, the refund could take up to 14 days to appear in your account. We can only refund back to your payment method used at checkout.
